Once we receive your enquiry you will be contacted by one of our Home Assessors.
Our Assessor will need to visit the property to check the suitability of your property for cavity wall or loft insulation. If you are applying for free insulation, he will also need to see proof that you are either aged over 70 or that you are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits. The survey takes around 30 minutes on an average sized property.
Your Assessor will then make arrangements for the work to be carried out by one of our fully qualified appointed contractors. The work is usually carried out within 4 weeks of the survey and you will soon be benefiting from a more comfortable home as well as reduced energy bills.
